Your order confirmation will be emailed to you at the time you place your order. When your order ships, you will receive another email. Orders are shipped in flat boxes. All fees listed are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

  • Can I return an original artwork I purchased? All sales of original PAINTINGS are final.

  • Can I return an limited edition print or souvenirs I purchased? If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. All cancellation inquiries should be sent to info@boston-artwork.com with the subject line “Cancellation”, and please include your order number. We don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have purchased a souvenir or print and have a specific concern with the art, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We will do whatever possible to resolve the situation, at our discretion. All return inquiries should be sent to info@boston-artwork.com with the subject line “Return Inquiry”, and please include your order number.

  • My artwork arrived damaged OR was not delivered OR was lost OR was stolen from my doorstep. Is this something you can help with? We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USps, ups, or fedex) and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We spend a lot of time and attention preparing each order for shipping with sturdy packaging so that it arrives undamaged. Please remember we do not have control over how shipping services handle a package, and we want all pieces to arrive in pristine condition.
